    Hello I have the versa 2 and on my previous Alta it would automatically track my sleep however this one is not occasionally it will day I got one to two hours but mostly I have to log it myself the next morning Im up to date on the latest updates and am running ios 13.1.2 any help would be appreciated thanks!

    Hi , go to www.fitbit.com/consent on your PC. It will show you the normal Fitbit dashoard. Press the settings icon on top of the screen on the right side and press settings. Scroll down to Sleep Sensitivity and set it to normal. Scroll down to the end of this page and press submit. Should work, If not, press the account icon within the dashboard of your Fitbit app on your phone, press your account profile and scroll down to Sleep and set you sleep goal, bed time and wake up time.     Your device’s setting can record your sleep in either “sensitive” mode for extremely detailed sleep reporting or “normal” mode for a more basic idea of your sleep patterns. Note that if you use a Fitbit device with heart-rate tracking to detect your sleep stages, this setting doesn’t apply.

That goes even more so when you consider how well it tracks your sleep, stress levels, and even other basic essentials like allowing you to log how much water you drink each day.

    So, it all comes down to why you’re considering buying a fitness tracker. If you’re an active runner or cyclist, consider something with a built-in GPS. Depending on your budget, that could be the Fitbit Charge 4 or even an Apple Watch Series 6.

    Check Heart Rate Settings

    And seeing sleep stage information depends on your Fitbit getting consistent heart rate information.

    When your Fitbit cannot access consistent heart readings, you get a sleep report that only shows the basic informationtime asleep, awake, and restless.
