    The ones I’m currently using myself for sleep are the Mack’s Ultra Soft .

    The most important point for me is that they feel comfortable.     The Lavince headphones do a reasonably good job of enabling side sleepers to enjoy their music, radio or podcast in bed.

To use in bed, it doesn’t matter quite so much that you’ve got the word ‘enjoying’ and some obvious buttons splashed on your forehead.

    I Recommend That You Get A Pair Of Good Earmuffs To Test How A Quiet Environment Impacts Your Work And Studying They Are Very Reasonably Priced And Highly Effective

    I currently use two different pairs of earmuffs:

    The have a very high noise-isolating capability and are quite comfortable. They are a bit heavy and make you look like the famous mouse or an aircraft mechanic though. On the other hand, they also signal to other people around you that you mean business and don’t want to be disturbed.

    The earmuffs have a much lower profile and still isolate very well. People have mistaken them for Bluetooth headphones. Probably due to their slimmer profile, they have to put a bit more pressure on the head to achieve the good noise attenuation they provide. I take them with me whenever I go to a coffee shop and don’t want to look out of place. They are good, but the main advantage is that they are lighter and look more like headphones.  In terms of noise isolation they are no match for the X5A.

    The main downside is that over-ear headphones of this size aren’t practical for side sleepers. Even on your back, the casing will restrict your head’s range of motion. So really, these are ones to listen to music for a while before going to sleep, but probably not use for eight hours.
